Experience:

5 -15 years of Experience in the Industrial Training Centers
Having leadership qualities and innovative approach
Ability to work with new technologies and manage data and work Proven knowledge of current practices, standards, laws and regulations

Responsibility:

In the role of the Training manager we expect the candidate to
Manage the training centre which will have several batches during the day
Plan and Manage the training activity
Periodically study norms for the Training Institutes and plan and assist align our courses to meet the requirements
Progressive development of the electrical & instrumentation engineering curriculum and the material associated with its delivery.
Maintain effective and efficient record keeping procedures
To deliver and assess electrical & instrumentation engineering course.
To develop and maintain the current electrical & instrumentation engineering course material
Assume responsibility for meeting his/ her course and learner performance goals.
To ensure all relevant evidence of learning accurately and correctly documented and completed for each learner.
Provide feedback and support to learners on a one to one/ group basis.
To assist in the overall development of the training center. To assist in the delivery of course material outside of the subject of Electrical & Instrumentation engineering.
To prepare and assist in internal and external audits.
Perform other duties and responsibilities related to training hub as assigned by the Manager.
